Als Manager Key Account & Sales – Continence Care DACH führst und entwickelst du unsere Vertriebsorganisation für Continence Care in Deutschland. Dabei verantwortest du zwei zentrale Vertriebskanäle: unser Key Account Management für Homecare-Unternehmen sowie den Aufbau unseres Klinikvertriebs für GentleCath™.

Du kombinierst strategische Vertriebsführung mit operativer Kundennähe: Du entwickelst dein Team, steuerst unsere Go-to-Market-Aktivitäten und betreust zunächst selbst wichtige Homecare-Kunden in Süddeutschland.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Führe und entwickle unser Sales- und Key Account Team.
• Coache dein Team im Feld und fördere eine starke Vertriebskultur.
• Steuere Sales Performance, Forecast, Pipeline und KPIs.
• Setze unsere Go-to-Market-Strategie im Klinikmarkt um.
• Entwickle den Klinikvertrieb strategisch weiter.
• Priorisiere Accounts und optimiere Vertriebsgebiete.
• Betreue wichtige Homecare Key Accounts in Süddeutschland.
• Verhandle Verträge, Konditionen und Kooperationsmodelle.
• Verbinde Klinik und Homecare entlang des Patientenversorgungspfads.
• Steuere Vertriebs- und Reisebudgets.
• Arbeite eng mit Marketing, Digital, Market Access und Customer Service zusammen.
• Repräsentiere Continence Care gegenüber Key Accounts und Partnern.

DEIN PROFIL

• Mindestens 7 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung in MedTech, Hilfsmittel oder Pharma.
• Ein relevantes Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation.
• Erste fachliche oder disziplinarische Führungserfahrung.
• Nachweisbare Erfolge im B2B-Vertrieb.
• Erfahrung im Aufbau oder der Steuerung von Sales- oder KAM-Teams.
• Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Abschlussstärke.
• Erfahrung mit professionellen Einkäufern und Geschäftsführungen.
• Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Klinik- und Hilfsmittelmarkts.
• Solides betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis.
• Einen sicheren Umgang mit CRM, Pipeline und KPIs; Erfahrung mit Power BI.
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch.
• Ein etabliertes Netzwerk im deutschen Hilfsmittelmarkt.
• Kenntnisse in Continence Care, Urologie oder verwandten Indikationen.
