Manager Logistics E-Commerce *limited 12 months*

Operations / Supply Chain & Logistics, Herzogenaurach, Germany

Responsibilities

• Management and organization of logistics service providers in the European E-commerce area (warehouse as well as distribution related)
• Monitoring of KPIs and SLAs in the context of existing contracts with logistics service providers, commitment of regulating measures
• Definition, implementation and documentation of standardized logistical processes as well as analysis and optimization of existing logistics processes
• Inbound planning in alignment with Merchandising
• Execution of tender offer for logistics services
• Inventory management including interface monitoring and the analysis of reconciliation reports
• Cooperation with PUMA internal stakeholders and subsidiaries, as well as logistics service providers in international environment
• Preparation and analysis of the reporting
• Invoice verification as well as supporting in budget preparation
• Administrative and operational work as well as handling of projects
• Supporting the Retail logistics team on similar tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
• Good understanding of warehouse, distribution, and inventory management processes
• Experience managing logistics service providers and monitoring KPIs and SLAs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and logistics systems (ERP/WMS)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
