Manager Marketing & Product in Agriculture (m/w/d)

Your role and responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy aligned with market and business needs
• Manage the product portfolio throughout the full lifecycle
• Identify market opportunities through customer, competitor, and trend analysis
• Turn market insights into product requirements and business cases
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve products with strong market fit
• Support go‑to‑market activities including pricing, positioning, and product launches
• Act as the voice of the customer in cross‑functional decision‑making
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Lead product‑related projects and ensure regulatory compliance

Your profile and qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a comparable field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role within the agricultural industry
• Strong commercial background with hands‑on experience in agricultural products
• Proven ability to build, develop, and manage successful brand portfolios
• Sound technical understanding combined with a strong market and customer focus
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Valid driver's license
