• Lead content creation, approvals, and updates within CMS and train teams to manage pages
• Design and optimize HTML templates and newsletters aligned with brand and goals
• Collaborate with global teams and external vendors to deliver digital content and solutions
• Shape intranet and platform enhancements, manage project plans and budgets
• Coordinate global rollouts and knowledge sharing across regions

• Bachelor in Communication, Business IT, Digital Media or comparable field
• Experience managing CMS, intranet platforms, and corporate communications in global environments
• Familiar with marketing tech stacks and bridging technical solutions with business goals
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and hands-on problem-solving skills
• Curious, flexible, innovative with interest in AI tools and digital trends
• Professional communication in German and English with a customer-centric approach
