Manager, Monetisation

In this role you drive monetisation across Europe with a focus on the UK and Germany, shaping pricing strategies and seller programmes. You will work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution to optimise value for buyers, sellers, and partners. You’ll build business cases, monitor performance, and coordinate across functions to implement pricing initiatives. This position offers impact through cross-market collaboration and data-driven decision making that aligns with eBay’s mission to grow economic opportunity.

• Lead end-to-end pricing and monetisation initiatives for Europe with emphasis on UK and Germany
• Build business cases evaluating GMV, revenue, take rate, and profitability
• Track agreements and programmes to measure outcomes and identify risks/opportunities
• Collaborate with finance, analytics, and seller teams to translate data into recommendations
• Coordinate with legal, operations, product, and commercial teams for timely implementation
• Improve governance and performance tracking for pricing and seller programmes
• Provide regular reviews and clear recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
• Support scaling and execution of monetisation workflows across markets

• 4-5+ years in pricing, revenue management, monetisation, or related analytical commercial roles
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to size opportunities with data
• Excel and financial modelling skills, building business cases and scenario analyses
• Execution focus with ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
• Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, pricing, or seller economics is desirable
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Excel Power Query, Python or similar analytics tools is desirable
