Manager (m/w/d) Business Process Management (Signavio)

In this role you will integrate Signavio with SAP and other business systems, while shaping and optimizing business processes. You will collaborate with multiple departments to document workflows, run process workshops, and educate stakeholders on Signavio usage. You’ll manage the Signavio platform, ensure stability and security, and troubleshoot issues, contributing to Döhler’s digitalization efforts in the nutrition space. • Integrate Signavio with SAP and other business systems/applications
• Collaborate with departments to document and analyze processes using Signavio
• Develop and optimize process models and analyses to improve efficiency
• Conduct process workshops and training for stakeholders
• Manage Signavio platform administration (users, configuration, maintenance)
• Ensure stability, security, and performance of Signavio environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical Signavio issues
• Partner with SAP on new features and developments

• Strong technical and business understanding with prior experience in a similar role
• Completed studies in (Business) Computer Science, Engineering, (Business)Mathematics, Business Informatics, or similar
• High IT affinity and expert knowledge of Signavio
• Experience working with other business departments to optimize internal processes
• Experience in project and process management in an industrial company
• Strong communication, analytical mindset, and implementation competence
• Very good German and English skills
