As a member of Döhler’s global sourcing leadership, you will drive the setup and expansion of a group-wide sourcing business partnering function from headquarters, spanning continents and categories. You’ll advise the Group CPO and help shape the global sourcing strategy, data architecture, and digitalization initiatives. The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, demand and inventory optimization, and delivering substantial sourcing savings. You will work in an international, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to turn strategic initiatives into measurable results.

- Establish and develop the group-wide sourcing business partnering function across continents and categories
- Support strategic initiatives and advise the Group CPO in collaboration with Sourcing Excellence
- Develop the steering concept for the global sourcing organization
- Enhance data models and the reporting architecture for Source-to-Pay with a focus on SAP SAC, SAP BW, and Celonis
- Monitor strategic and operational targets to enable informed decisions
- Support optimization of demand and inventory
- Manage and drive key sourcing savings projects
- Assist annual planning and target setting for sourcing KPIs (e.g., material cost, savings, payment terms, supplier performance)
- Degree in Business Administration or comparable field
- Strong understanding of controlling as a driver of business performance with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience as a business partner in an international corporate environment
- Practical experience with SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, SAP Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud, Celonis and Excel is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and excellent communication abilities
- Enthusiasm for working in an international team environment
