Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize proforma schedules
• Prepare product studies and facilitate consortium meetings
• Participate in consortium agreement development and negotiation
• Maintain long‑term schedules and allocation tables
• Monitor schedule compliance and implement corrective measures
• Oversee VSA and SCA agreement execution by partners
• Analyze competitors' service structures
• Optimize internal processes and reporting systems
• Collaborate with Network Execution for efficient operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner lines

Requirements

• Completed training as a shipping merchant or relevant Bachelor/Master degree
• Proven experience in the shipping industry
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proactive, analytical, and structured approach to work
• Responsible, reliable, and results‑oriented personality
• Goal‑oriented with high initiative and assertiveness
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
