In this role you drive value creation and performance improvements across a global, cross-functional environment. You lead end-to-end initiatives from scoping to execution, using rigorous data analysis and strong stakeholder collaboration. • Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Lead cross-functional performance improvement initiatives from business case to implementation
• Drive transformation projects with scoping, planning, alignment, and change management
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to enable data-driven decision-making
• Develop and validate robust business cases aligned with strategic priorities
• Establish KPI tracking, milestones, and value realization for initiatives
• Prepare global operational performance reporting and derive actionable recommendations

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a comparable field
• Solid experience in project management, program or performance management, operational planning, consulting, or similar environments
• Proven track record of driving operational performance improvements and implementing process optimization
• Experience in a global headquarter environment with collaboration across regional teams
• Structured mindset with strong business acumen, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Drive and can-do attitude in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong verbal communication skills and storytelling for senior management; fluent in English, German a strong plus
