Manager POS Development (f/m/x) | Fixed-Term Contract (18 months)

• Drive the development of POS initiatives, digital touchpoints, and customer experience concepts across the DACH region
• Plan and execute promotions, regional campaigns, service initiatives, and in-store activations
• Manage and optimize digital content for POS screens and other digital customer touchpoints
• Identify and implement innovative technologies and AI-powered content solutions to enhance the POS experience
• Develop premium retail concepts and support luxury campaigns, window displays, and brand activations
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
• Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and business partners while managing project budgets
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams

Your Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in POS, Retail or Digital Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a comparable role
• Experience with digital touchpoints, content management, and customer experience initiatives
• Interest in AI-driven content solutions and emerging retail technologies
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for premium brand presentation and retail concepts
• Excellent communication skills, a structured working style, and proficiency in German and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
