We’re looking for a Head of Medical Editorial & Clinical Knowledge to lead the team shaping the clinical intelligence behind Snke’s products. You’ll own the medical accuracy, structure, and evidence base of our clinical data models — and turn expert knowledge into scalable, computable content that powers impactful product features.

What you’ll do

• Build and lead Snke’s medical editorial function
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of clinical data models and decision logic
• Translate guidelines into structured formats (ontologies, taxonomies, FHIR profiles, rules)
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Marketing
• Establish editorial governance and quality standards
• Collaborate with external clinical experts and build a strong network
• Own user‑facing clinical content and ensure workflow alignment
• Bridge clinical expertise with product strategy
• Ensure GDPR‑compliant collaboration with clinical partners
• Support product innovation with clinical requirements and expert validation

What you bring

• Medical degree; board certification in a relevant specialty is a plus
• Experience in medical editorial work, knowledge engineering, or digital health
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, evidence appraisal, and terminology systems
• Experience with structured clinical content (models, pathways, classifications)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex clinical topics into clear product content
• Experience with digital health standards (e.g., FHIR)
• Very good English and German
