Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market
• Advise landlords, property owners and property managers on corporate housing concepts
• Manage and support partners via phone, written communication and virtual meetings
• Explain complex tax and financial topics related to housing
• Actively contribute to the further development of services and processes

Requirements

• Professional experience in the German real estate sector (e.g., as a broker/agent, in property management, or similar roles)
• Ability to explain complex matters clearly and persuasively — including to diverse audiences
• Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications
• Independent, structured and responsible working style
• Excellent German language skills
• Communicative, charismatic personality
