Manager, Robotics Fleet Operations

Bellboy Robotics enables intelligent robots to operate in the real world. Connecting people, software, agents, and robots to work as one intelligent team.

We deploy a robotic workforce in commercial buildings where labour is scarce and a major operational constraint. Hotels are our focus, and we are already live with world-class hotel brands.

Founded by leaders from Amazon Robotics, Apple, Microsoft and Israel's mission to the Moon.

The role

You own the heartbeat of our field operation: the day-to-day performance of every robot, and the people who work alongside them.

What you'll own

• Fleet reliability. You are the source of truth for how every Billie is performing. You define and report the metrics that matter.

• The tele-operator team. You train the team, take care of their growth, and make sure to support them on daily roadblocks.

• Site relationships. Housekeeping managers, duty managers and hotel GMs are your daily counterparties. You keep them confident in the robot, handle the escalations, and know when something is a hotel-side problem and how to get it fixed.

• Deployment to steady state. You take sites from go-live and train the housekeeping team how to work with robots on their side.

• Feeding product and engineering. You are the field's voice internally. Recurring failures, dispatcher friction and PMS integration gaps come back with enough specificity that engineering can act on them.

• Supply chain- import, export and robot logistics. You receive and send goods and handle the paperwork that comes with them.
