Manager, Sales Development

Overview

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. This role is hybrid in our San Francisco or New York City office, 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a growing team of high performing Sales Development Representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve goals.
• Lead SDRs focused on the VMB, SMB and Enterprise segments of our NAMER business and contribute to scaling and moving up market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and strengthen the sales organization as Vanta grows in the security automation market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring Sales Development Representatives or similar SDR teams.
