Manager/ Senior Consultant Health (f/m/d)

In this role you drive regional health market initiatives at Allianz Digital Health, blending strategy, analytics and hands-on delivery. You’ll partner with global health entities to optimize performance, shape governance, and lead growth initiatives. You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, influencing product and process improvements across markets. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with a clear impact on the global health business.

• Assume regional responsibility for selected Health markets and serve as main liaison for entities
• Analyze global Health insurance markets to derive strategic implications for models and products
• Monitor worldwide business performance and formulate concrete optimization actions
• Lead maturity assessments (pricing, underwriting, claims, provider management) with ADH experts
• Drive end-to-end implementation of regulatory and Group-wide guidelines with stakeholder coordination
• Develop and steer global growth initiatives in collaboration with Allianz Health entities

• Master's degree in business, economics, mathematics, natural sciences or medicine
• 5+ years in strategy consulting and/or the insurance industry
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Confident with senior stakeholders and strong persuasive skills
• Expertise in Health insurance
• Highly analytical and structured with strong problem-solving
• High self-organization, ownership mindset, hands-on attitude
• Familiarity with AI-based tools for data analysis or market research
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages a plus
