Manager / Senior Manager - Restructuring & Turnaround (German Speaking)

Our client is a well-established advisory firm supporting corporates, lenders, investors and shareholders through complex restructuring, turnaround and special situations across the DACH region.

They are looking to hire a German-speaking Manager / Senior Manager to join their growing Restructuring & Turnaround practice.

What you'll be doing

• Leading restructuring and turnaround engagements across a range of industries
• Developing financial models, cash flow forecasts and business plans
• Supporting liquidity management, refinancing and debt restructuring processes
• Performing business reviews and financial analysis
• Working closely with management teams, lenders, investors and other stakeholders
• Leading project workstreams and mentoring junior team members
• Supporting operational improvement and value creation initiatives

What we're looking for

• 5-10 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, debt advisory or transaction advisory
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management or business reviews
• Candidates from Transaction Services with exposure to restructuring or turnaround situations are also encouraged to apply
• Fluent German and professional English are essential
