Work on multiple client websites and digital ecosystems by implementing changes across technical SEO, content, and AI search optimization
Optimize visibility across traditional search engines such as Google and Bing and AI-driven discovery platforms
Own client retention and proactively identify profitable growth opportunities across assigned accounts
Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, virtual meetings, email, and strategic discussions
Strategize with team members to develop integrated SEO and AI Search solutions
Stay current on SEO and AI Search developments, industry trends, algorithm updates, LLM advancements, and competitive activity
Create reports and dashboards covering rankings, traffic, AI-driven visibility, and business impact
Present insights and strategic recommendations to clients
Support new business and organic growth opportunities through SEO expertise, solution development, proposals, and cross-functional sales efforts
Work with client development, content, and product teams to implement website and digital presence changes, including structured data, content systems, and AI-readable formats

Requirements

2-3 years experience doing SEO work for clients within an agency environment
Minimum 1 year of client facing experience
Desire to lead strategy for multiple large growth SEO and AI Search clients
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword research, search intent, technical SEO, and website architecture
Familiarity with how AI search systems (e.g., LLMs, generative engines) retrieve, interpret, and surface content
Experience with keyword research, competitive analysis, and emerging AI search tools
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and performance measurement across both traditional and AI-driven search environments
Understanding of content strategy, including entity-based optimization, topical authority, and structured data
Experience working directly on websites
Ability to quickly pick up new skills and adapt to a rapidly evolving search landscape
Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to hit and exceed deadlines required
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, while paying close attention to detail
A proactive approach to collaborating with others and managing workload
