We are looking for a commercially driven leader to expand and shape our global service portfolio, with a strong focus on service level agreements and recurring revenue models.
In this role, you will act as the commercial owner of our service portfolio — comparable to a marketing-oriented product manager, with a clear focus on services. You will define and drive how our offerings are positioned, structured, priced, and brought to market globally, turning them into a scalable, high-impact business.
While service delivery remains within our operational units, your responsibility is not execution, but direction and results: you will set the commercial framework and hold full accountability for the business success of the portfolio — working across functions to ensure execution and outcomes.

Your Mission And Key Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable, profitable growth of Lawo’s global service and SLA portfolio
• Establish services as a core, recurring revenue stream of the business
• Build scalable, customer-centric offerings with clear and differentiated value propositions
• Strengthen long-term customer value and retention through compelling service models
• Full commercial ownership (P&L) of the service and SLA business
• Define and execute the global service strategy and portfolio roadmap
• Develop pricing, packaging, and contract models aligned with market needs
• Lead go-to-market activities in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing
• Enable sales teams and actively support complex deals and customer negotiations
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure execution
• Define, track, and continuously optimize key KPIs (e.g. revenue, margin, renewals, upsell)

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong experience in commercial roles related to services, SLAs, or recurring revenue models
• Background in a technical B2B environment (e.g. broadcast, media tech, or similar industries)
• Solid understanding of pricing, business cases, and contract structures
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands‑on execution mindset
• Confident communicator able to align stakeholders across functions and regions
• Comfortable operating in a matrix organization and driving outcomes without direct authority
• Analytical, structured, and strongly results-oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and scale new business
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30–50% of the time to support business needs and collaborate across global locations.
