Manager Strategy Consultant (all genders)

In this role you lead transformation projects and strategic initiatives across mobility, automotive, and other sectors, shaping roadmaps and overseeing delivery. You partner with senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes, and you apply AI and data-driven thinking to raise efficiency and impact. You’ll grow the team, drive business development, and contribute to thought leadership within a collaborative, flexible Digital Advisory environment.

• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, including timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder management
• Develop strategic visions, transformation architectures and roadmaps
• Lead and develop project teams and support talent development
• Produce analyses, business cases and c-level decision briefs
• Apply AI and data-driven concepts to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Develop new consulting approaches, methodologies and thought leadership content
• Support business development and new client acquisition processes

• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, mobility/automotive, or strategy/digital/transformation roles
• Experience in management, strategy or transformation and leading project teams
• Degree with above-average grades in business, engineering or IT (implied)

• Strong leadership and team-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at management level (German and English)
