As a Manager in the Supply Chain Management team, you will work with experienced colleagues to deliver multi-stakeholder, international and domestic Supply Chain projects while also raising the profile of Interpath as a premier provider of Value Creation advisory services.

• Lead colleagues on a diverse range of client‑facing projects: identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, cost drivers, and risks across procurement, logistics, planning, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Shape supply‑chain strategies: operating models, network footprints, inventory strategies and supplier portfolios that align with client commercial goals.
• Reduce supply‑chain costs, optimise inventory levels and improve cash conversion.
• Lead or contribute to large‑scale change initiatives, from restructuring supply networks to integrating acquisitions.
• Engage stakeholders by working closely with procurement teams, operations leaders, finance, and external suppliers to ensure recommendations are adopted.
• Help organisations prepare for disruptions, diversify suppliers and build more robust operating models.
• Streamline workflows, implement best‑practice planning methods and support the adoption of digital tools such as ERP, S&OP/IBP platforms or advanced analytics.

A Manager in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team will also have the opportunity to partake in business development and marketing activities and events, and will further expand their knowledge and experience by working with Managing Directors on additional topics along the value chain for clients.

Requirements

• Strong academic background (Master’s/PhD) with extensive experience in supply‑chain consulting or project management.
• Previous experience managing multiple projects & staff on client site, including cost and implementation responsibility.
• Proven consulting toolkit including financial analysis, stakeholder management, presentation preparation and delivery.
• Industry experience is advantageous.
• Well‑developed team management and coaching skills with excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Native or business‑fluent German & English (C1); additional European languages such as French or Spanish are advantageous.
• Willingness to work on client site both within Germany and across the EU and internationally.
