Manager, Third Party Events - Europe

As Senior 3rd Party Events Manager EMEA, you will lead NVIDIA’s third-party event presence across Europe to showcase our world-class innovation. You’ll coordinate end-to-end event execution and partner with regional teams to reflect brand priorities. You’ll manage budgets, contracts, and on-site leadership across a multi-event portfolio. This role offers frequent travel and a chance to shape NVIDIA’s presence at major conferences and partner events in the region.

• Lead and coordinate NVIDIA's third-party event activities across Europe (conferences, trade shows, partner events, regional activations)
• Own end-to-end event execution from vetting to post-event reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with European venues, agencies, and organizers
• Collaborate with regional marketing, product, and communications teams to align with brand and business goals
• Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and timelines across multiple events
• Serve as primary on-the-ground lead at European events
• Identify and pursue new third-party event opportunities aligned with strategic priorities
• Travel extensively across Europe to execute events and build market relationships

• 8+ years of event management experience
• at least 4 years in a management role leading teams of five or more
• significant experience managing third-party or sponsorship events at a global technology or enterprise company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• solid knowledge of the European events landscape (major conferences, trade shows, local distinctions)
• proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder events from concept to completion
• experience managing event budgets, agency relationships, and vendor contracts across multiple countries
• ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• outstanding communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures
• willingness to travel frequently across Europe and occasionally globally
