Overview

In this role you will advise management on commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence for buy- and sell-side transactions, and analyze digital business models for international private equity clients. You will support the development of equity stories and value-creation initiatives for portfolio companies, collaborate with internal digital experts, and prepare client-ready presentations. This position centers on shaping digital transformation strategies and delivering high-impact insights across projects in a collaborative, international environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Advise on due diligence reports for transactions (commercial, digital, tech, data)
Conduct digital business model analyses for private equity clients
Support development of equity stories and digital value creation initiatives
Identify advisory needs, structure problems, and aid in solution development
Analyze AI impact on business models and applications
Maintain cross-project collaboration with internal digital expert teams
Prepare client presentations
Lead workshops, client meetings, research, and business analyses for projects

Zentrale Anforderungen

University degree in business, economics, computer science, or related discipline
3–4 years of relevant work experience in digital industries: strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or commercial DD
Strong affinity for technology (digital marketing, tech, AI)
Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Service-oriented, team-oriented, with a passion for work
Fluent English; German ideally
