Manager Value Creation Management (m/f/d)

In this role you will combine deep finance expertise with advanced analytics to drive automation and digital finance transformation. You will develop strategic insights and provide enterprise-wide decision support as part of a cross-functional finance team. You will design dashboards, build data pipelines, and translate complex data into actionable executive-level recommendations. You will lead transformation initiatives and leverage AI-enabled analytics to enable better strategic planning and performance management. • Lead complex financial and business analyses to identify value creation opportunities
• Support strategic projects with short turn-around requirements
• Design and implement Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions
• Develop data pipelines and analytical solutions using SQL, Python and Databricks
• Drive automation and digitalization of Finance processes
• Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations and executive-level insights
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and analytics workstreams
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, scenario modelling and performance management activities
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics techniques

• Strategic analytical rigor and structured problem solving
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python and Databricks is a strong benefit
• Strong finance and business acumen
• Ability to synthesize key conclusions and communicate at executive level with stakeholders
• Data engineering, automation and analytics are preferred
• Ability to influence without formal authority
