Our client is a rapidly growing Crypto company seeking a Managing Director Europe to lead its market expansion, institutional growth strategy and external representation across the European region.

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on market development, business growth and external stakeholder engagement rather than legal, compliance or operational management.

Job Description

• Lead the company's European growth and market expansion strategy.
• Drive institutional business development initiatives across key European markets.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with banks, brokers, asset managers, market makers, payment providers, as well as other strategic ecosystem partners.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships and market segments.
• Act as a senior ambassador for the company at conferences, industry events and high-level stakeholder meetings.
• Provide strategic input regarding market structure, competitive developments and regulatory trends.

The Successful Applicant

• Significant leadership experience within digital assets & crypto industry, as well as financial services.
• Proven track record in a Managing Director Front Office, Country Manager or equivalent leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of European financial services regulation, especially MiFID-related frameworks, as well as MiCAR is a Must.
• Demonstrated success in business development, market expansion and strategic partnership development.
• Strong network across the European digital assets and institutional financial services ecosystem.
• Experience engaging with regulators, industry bodies and senior external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strategic leadership capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
