Managing Director – Franchise Partner

• Establish and lead your own location within an exclusive territory
• Provide personal consultations to seniors and their family members
• Arrange placements of Eastern European caregivers for in-home support
• Execute regional marketing and sales activities
• Build a network of local stakeholders such as hospitals, care support centers (Pflegestützpunkte) and senior advisory services
• Support and manage clients throughout the entire contract period
• Serve as a solution-oriented contact for questions and challenges in day-to-day care

Requirements

• Strong communicator, persuasive, and entrepreneurial
• You have a passion for social issues — care experience is not required
• Empathetic, resilient, and able to handle sensitive life situations professionally
• Enjoy networking and are comfortable making phone calls and speaking face-to-face
• Ideally have experience in sales or in advisory-intensive roles
• Willing to take on responsibility and commit for the long term
