With Gebr. Heinemann you are in the fast lane of your career. As Managing Director in Development (m/f/d), you will be developed into a Managing Director within 6‑18 months with the aim of managing your own global retail organization within the GH Group in the short term.

Your new job includes

• Go through a fast‑track tailor‑made sales development program - on a global level!
• Advance your journey through different stages at our headquarters in Hamburg and at selected national and international retail locations
• Receive a tailor‑made training program that will take you to the next level, both personally and professionally
• Work in close sparring with our C‑level on overarching strategic projects

What you should bring along

• Several years of experience in Retail, Travel Retail, FMCG or Hospitality as well as several years of management experience
• International flexibility and mobility, both during and especially after the program
• Lots of drive, initiative and a strong hands‑on mentality
• A strong passion for retail, strategy and people management
• A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable educational pathway, ideally in an international retail setting
