Mandatory Internship Controlling - Focus Business Unit Strategy and Digitalization

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the short-, medium-, and long-term business planning for a Business Unit, conducting cost evaluations and profitability analyses of the product portfolio.
• Take ownership of a digitalization project, leveraging tools such as Power Automate, IBM Planning Analytics, and advanced Excel to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Conduct cost analyses and play a key role in developing data-driven recommendations for management.
• Support in a global restructuring project involving various plants and functions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Education: Studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable fields.
• Experience and Knowledge: Advanced use of Excel.
• Personality and Working Practice: Ability to independently manage data-driven tasks, quickly learn and apply various software and databases.
• Work Routine: Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (minimum 2 days per week on-site).
• Enthusiasm: For automation, digitalization, and process improvement.
• Languages: Very good in English or German.
• Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled at university.

Job Details

• Start: According to prior agreement.
• Duration: 4–6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required).
