Role Description

This is a full‑time, mandatory, unpaid internship in Marketing based in Berlin, Germany with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home. The Marketing Intern will support daily marketing operations, including assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and helping to refine GrowFirma’s brand presence. Typical tasks include conducting market research, preparing Event campaign materials, supporting social media and content initiatives, and gathering insights from founders and partners. The intern will collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as sales and product to align messaging, and provide basic customer service support by responding to inquiries and gathering feedback. The role offers hands‑on experience in a startup environment and opportunities to learn about marketing strategies for early‑stage ventures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate a proactive mindset, ability to work in a hybrid setting, strong organisational skills, and interest in startups and entrepreneurship.
• Enrollment in a relevant university program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications) and eligibility for a mandatory internship is required.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with founders, partners, and internal teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development for campaigns and new initiatives.
• Interest or basic experience in Sales and marketing‑related outreach activities.
• We do not accept voluntary Internship.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Berlin, Germany, with reliable internet access for remote work.
• Proficiency in English ; German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
