Market Access Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

In this strategic role you will shape national Market Access initiatives by translating regional payer insights into actionable recommendations. You will monitor Germany’s reimbursement landscape and act as a bridge between regional and national stakeholders to optimize patient access for innovative therapies. You’ll collaborate across Market Access, Contracting, and Commercial teams in a matrix environment, driving projects that improve care and access while developing customer-facing materials. • Translate regional payer and stakeholder insights into national Market Access initiatives and strategic recommendations
• Monitor and analyse developments across the German healthcare system, reimbursement landscape and competitive environment
• Act as a key interface between regional and national stakeholders, enabling structured exchange of critical market intelligence
• Support the development and optimisation of payer and contracting strategies across different healthcare segments
• Partner closely with Market Access, Contracting, Sales and Commercial teams within a matrix environment
• Lead or contribute to healthcare projects focused on improving patient access and quality of care
• Develop customer-facing materials and support internal Market Access capability building

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Market Access, Healthcare Policy or a comparable strategic function within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of the German healthcare system, reimbursement frameworks and payer landscape
• Experience interacting with healthcare stakeholders such as sickness funds, healthcare associations, provider organisations or similar stakeholders
• Exposure to contracting, reimbursement strategy or market access planning
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across complex matrix organisations
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Experience translating market insights into business recommendations and action plans
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
