Задачи:

Own marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality standards to ensure reliable and actionable insights across the organization; Monitor key marketing and business performance metrics, identify growth opportunities and performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations; Design, prioritize, and evaluate marketing experiments and A/B tests to optimize acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall marketing efficiency; Develop, maintain, and improve analytical and predictive models for marketing decision-making, including attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget allocation models; Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, automating analytical workflows, and implementing best practices in marketing measurement and analytics.

Требования:

• Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Advanced Google Sheets skills, including confident use of pivot tables
• Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Nice to have: Experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling
• experience building automated reporting and analytics workflows
• experience with marketing experimentation frameworks and incrementality measurement
• experience working with attribution models
• paid acquisition channels, and advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
