Marketing Associate | EMEA, Peripheral Vascular Division

In this role you support a broad range of marketing initiatives within the Peripheral Vascular team of Stryker, contributing to product lifecycle activities and stakeholder engagement. You’ll learn our therapies, customer needs and market dynamics to help grow the Peripheral Vascular strategy. You work across events, tools, and campaigns in a dynamic, international environment, with hybrid work flexibility. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful marketing programmes that improve patient pathways and outcomes.

• Onboard to learn products/therapies and stakeholder relationships
• Apply marketing principles (segmentation, targeting, positioning) to support strategy
• Gather market insights on customer needs, patient pathways, competition, and trends
• Develop and execute marketing programmes and customer engagement initiatives
• Assist in creating sales tools and enablement materials
• Conduct sales and marketing analysis and gather insights
• Plan and run internal/external events, congresses, and educational programmes
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and support internal/external communications
• Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including contract management, vendor coordination, compliance, approvals, POs and budget tracking

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong project management capabilities for timely delivery
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, and presentation skills in English
• Strong adaptability, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse markets and cultures
• Understanding of complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Ethics and integrity in handling confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
