Marketing Automation/Customer Data Platform Specialist

In this role you will help drive marketing automation and CDP implementations for global, complex clients, with a focus on automotive sectors. You will bridge business and technical discussions, working with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing tech and data platforms. You will shape customer data strategies, identity graphs, and system integrations while guiding technical resources. • Lead and deliver CDP implementation initiatives across multinational clients
• Design and optimize marketing automation solutions using Salesforce and other tools
• Contribute to data integration strategies and identity graph modeling
• Stakeholder management and client engagement across diverse sectors
• Mentor technical resources and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client goals and timeframes

• Commercial experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce essential)
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms and identity graphs
• Excellent consulting skills and ability to grasp new topics quickly
• Solid technical background: SQL, AMPscript, Python
• Bachelor degree
• Fluent German or willingness to achieve proficiency within 12 months
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (primarily Europe)
