Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit content for a variety of channels including website, newsletters, social media, press releases, brochures, blogs, video scripts, and internal communications.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support integrated campaigns, providing content and messaging aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Editorial Calendar: Maintain and contribute to the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of communications.
• Visual Asset Creation: Design and produce eye‑catching visual assets such as banners, infographics, and video clips for use on social media, websites, presentations, and campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and key messaging.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign metrics. Use data to inform future content strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or similar.
• 5 years of professional experience in content‑focused marketing or communications roles with a proven track record of the tasks described above.
• Outstanding storytelling, writing, and editing skills in English, with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and engagement.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and tools, such as Google Search Console.
• Basic proficiency in design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools, including Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Video production and editing skills are a strong plus.
• Advanced PowerPoint design skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• A proactive, “can‑do” team player who works independently, takes initiative, and pays close attention to detail.
