Marketing & Communications Manager (Defense/UAV/Robotics), Between 80,000-105,000 EUR + equity, Munich

Marketing & Communications Manager sought for a fast growth UAV/Robotics/Defense business who have doubled in the last 6 months. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to come in and own brand & communication - refining the communication strategy and the core messaging.

You will be a Marketing & Communications expert - strategically planning and executing participation in trade fairs, expos, conferences and hackathons and ultimately develop high quality presentations and branding assets tailored to deep tech, defense and security audiences.

The Marketing professional will tackle the first few months of developing clear branding and messaging guidelines and plan a couple of relevant events, building relationships with stakeholders in relevant spaces.

This role offers a salary between 80,000-105,000 EUR plus equity and other benefits.

• Prior experience in a Marketing/Communications role with experience executing marketing campaigns within the defense/UAV space or strong business to government experience
• Proactive and hands on - you enjoy building structures and improving communication quality
• Strong communicator - able to manage projects with precision
• Comfortable working with modern communication tools and digital platforms driving branding initiatives forward
