Marketing Controller (d/f/m) - Henkel Consumer Brands DE/CH— Germany, Düsseldorf, Finance

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the marketing controlling agenda for Henkel Consumer Brands DE/CH
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for Marketing Directors, Category Heads and Brand Managers in key decision processes
• Actively drive decisions by challenging assumptions and translating numbers into clear business recommendations
• Ensure governance and adherence to corporate standards while supporting agile and effective marketing decision making
• Identify and proactively manage financial risks and opportunities in marketing investments
• Balance business partnering and operational excellence in a resource constrained, high pressure environment

What makes you a good fit

• Academic degree in business administration or finance (Master’s degree preferred); specialization in Finance & Controlling is a plus
• You combine strong SAP FI/CO expertise with an AI‑driven analytics mindset, applying advanced Excel capabilities (VBA, Power Query) and Power BI to generate actionable insights
• Solid understanding of IFRS and accounting principles
• Strong business partnering mindset, actively shaping and influencing decisions
• High level of self-organization, reliability, and ownership as well as hands‑on mentality, proactivity and strong execution capability
• Resilience and decisiveness in a dynamic and complex environment
• Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
