***This is a Hybrid position that requires some degree of time in our office locations and networking events throughout Delaware. Candidate must be within a reasonable driving distance to our Millville DE location***

Whitecap Mortgage Delmarva is looking for a creative, motivated, and highly self-driven Marketing & Creative Manager to take ownership of our marketing efforts and help grow the Whitecap brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content but also wants to think bigger - developing campaigns, generating ideas, building marketing workflows, supporting our loan officers, and finding new ways to connect Whitecap with potential clients and referral partners.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who doesn't wait for the next assignment. We want a person who sees opportunities, brings ideas to the table, and has the drive to take those ideas from concept to execution.

Whether you have several years of marketing experience or you're an exceptional recent graduate ready to prove what you can do, we're interested in finding the right person, not simply checking boxes on a resume.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to grow the Whitecap brand and generate new business.


• Create engaging social media content for the company and our individual loan officers.


• Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.


• Create polished digital and print marketing materials using tools such as Canva and similar creative platforms.


• Develop loan program flyers, presentations, brochures, event materials, email campaigns, and promotional pieces.


• Create marketing campaigns for potential clients, Realtors, builders, and other referral partners.


• Develop marketing strategies and content that help our individual loan officers grow their personal brands and businesses.


• Support company recruiting efforts, including campaigns designed to attract loan officers and develop new builder relationships.


• Help plan, promote, and create content around company events, educational programs, community involvement, and referral-partner events.


• Develop marketing calendars, workflows, and systems that keep our marketing organized, consistent, and proactive.


• Maintain consistency across the Whitecap brand.


• Track campaign performance and use results to continuously improve our marketing.


• Identify and implement new technology, AI tools, and marketing platforms that can improve efficiency and expand our reach.


• Proactively bring new campaign concepts, content ideas, and growth opportunities to company leadership.

Who We're Looking For

• Comfortable taking an idea from concept through execution.


• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.


• A strong communicator and writer.


• Comfortable creating professional-looking content and marketing materials using tools such as Canva.


• Comfortable filming and editing video content.


• Familiar with social media platforms and how businesses can use them effectively.


• Interested in learning new technology, marketing platforms, and AI tools.


• Able to work independently while also collaborating closely with leadership, loan officers, and our operations team.


• Interested in understanding our business - not just creating marketing for it.

Experience:

2+ years of marketing, content creation, social media, branding, or related experience is preferred but not required.

We're also open to considering an outstanding recent graduate with a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, or a related field who demonstrates strong creativity, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly.

Experience in mortgage lending, real estate, financial services, or another relationship-driven sales industry is a plus, but not required.

Experience with platforms such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, CRM/email marketing systems, social media management tools, and AI-powered marketing tools is also a plus.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $50,000-$70,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Following the first 90 days of employment, this position will also become eligible for a performance-based bonus program tied to marketing execution, company growth initiatives, loan officer support, recruiting and builder development efforts, and overall initiative and innovation.
