Marketing Demand Performance & Analytics Specialist EMEA

In this role you will drive data-driven decision making for EMEA demand, acting as the analytics hub for performance visibility and governance. You will turn complex data into actionable insights to improve funnel performance and conversion, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll shape regional reporting standards and KPI definitions while enabling leadership with executive dashboards. • Own performance analysis across the Lead-to-Order funnel to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities
• Deliver executive reporting, leadership dashboards, scorecards and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders across EMEA
• Lead the preparation, validation and publication of EMEA Demand Generation reporting ensuring accuracy and visibility
• Define and govern KPIs, reporting standards, benchmarking methodologies and target-setting across the region
• Manage reporting environments (Tableau, Salesforce reporting, Bowler, and future platforms) with automation and efficiency improvements
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting integrity, customer data visibility and decision-making across the organization

• Significant experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, revenue operations, marketing analytics, BI or related function
• Advanced experience with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Reporting and Excel
• Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline management, data management and Lead-to-Order processes
• Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, business reviews and performance visibility solutions
• Ability translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations and performance improvement strategies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across commercial, operational, IT and leadership functions
• Professional fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
