Marketing Lead

Your Mission

Build the audience and market presence of Accelerate Tomorrow. You will own how we reach, engage and convert senior business and technology leaders into attendees, while helping establish ATS as one of Europe's leading executive events for AI transformation.

You will combine strategy with execution: deciding where we focus, launching campaigns yourself, measuring what works and continuously improving how ATS grows.

What You'll do

• Own the marketing and demand generation strategy
• Drive delegate, sponsor, partner, and speaker acquisition
• Build and run multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Create demand around ATS, its speakers, partners, and content
• Own the marketing funnel and conversion
• Track performance and scale what works
• Build and lead a team of 2-3.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in growth or demand generation for B2B events / conferences
• Proven track record of growing event registrations and attendance
• Strong paid, email/CRM and organic acquisition experience
• Experience owning the full attendee funnel, from awareness to registration
• Strong understanding of campaign performance, conversion and acquisition metrics
• Hands-on with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA44
• Excellent English (C1+); native-level German strongly preferred
