Marketing Manager at SCOUTASTIC (all genders)

Your tasks

We at SCOUTASTIC are looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to help us raise awareness of our AI-based scouting platform and establish our brand sustainably in professional football. • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase SCOUTASTIC's brand awareness in national and international football markets
• Planning, managing and evaluating digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email and content marketing
• Creating target group-specific content – from blog posts and social media content to presentations and advertising materials
• Working closely with the sales team to support new customer acquisition and existing account management through targeted marketing measures
• Building and maintaining media and partner contacts in professional football as well as representing SCOUTASTIC at events and trade fairs
• Monitoring market and competitive trends and deriving actionable recommendations for the further development of our marketing strategy
• Collaborating closely with our development team to communicate product innovations clearly and convincingly to the outside world

Your profile

• You have solid experience in marketing, ideally in software, IT, sports technology or the sports business sector
• You have a passion for sport and can identify with the needs and challenges of our target group
• You are able to translate complex technical products into compelling marketing messages and clearly communicate the added value to our customers
• You think data-driven, have a good sense for trends and know how to effectively reach target audiences in the sports industry
• You have experience with digital marketing channels, social media, content creation and campaign management
• You work independently, creatively and in a structured manner – and can think strategically as well as execute operationally
• Language skills: English is required
• You have a strong affinity for artificial intelligence and modern technologies – you actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work and are open to continuously exploring and leveraging new possibilities
