Marketing Manager – Cloud ERP

Responsibilities

• Drive the scaling of reybex Cloud ERP through strong brand presence, targeted campaigns, and close collaboration with Channel and Partner teams.
• Sharpen the reybex brand, make it highly visible to the target audience, and ensure reybex is perceived as a leading Cloud ERP solution.
• Develop marketing strategies that enable our partners to successfully market reybex — through co‑marketing activities, campaign packages, and scalable materials.
• Plan and manage demand‑generation activities: content, events, SEO/SEA, social media, email marketing, and more.
• Work closely with Sales and Channel teams to purposefully open up new markets and segments.
• Think in systems: processes, templates, and campaign structures that can grow with us.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS or ERP environment
• Proven track record in brand positioning and performance marketing
• Experience in channel or partner marketing is a plus
• Hands‑on mentality — you know how to execute quickly without sacrificing quality
• Confident use of AI tools and the ability to apply them profitably in marketing
• Analytical thinking combined with creative drive
• Strong communication skills in German and English
