Задачи

• Own marketing relationships with restaurant partners and co-create Growth Joint Business Plans that drive mutual volume and brand loyalty;
• Plan, launch, and project-manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for local restaurant chains;
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance against KPIs;
• Use data-driven insights to optimize ROI and identify new growth opportunities;
• Drive on-the-ground activations and hyper-local campaigns across physical and digital touchpoints;
• Coordinate campaigns between restaurant partners, local sales and account management teams, and global HQ teams.

Требования

• Several years of marketing experience, ideally in food delivery, quick-service restaurant marketing, technology, or account-based partner marketing;
• Experience building collaborative growth plans or joint business plans with external commercial partners or corporate accounts;
• Strong data-driven analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance and adjust strategies;
• Exceptional communication skills for managing restaurant founders and internal corporate stakeholders;
• Proactive, independent problem-solving approach;
• Strong organizational skills and a positive test-and-learn mindset;
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken;
• Deep knowledge of the German consumer landscape;
• Nice to have: Strong Berlin market knowledge.
