Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Our marketing team works data-driven, constantly tests new channels and relies on technology that genuinely helps. We are now looking for the person who takes charge of our entire ad-tech and marketing operations stack – and takes it to the next level. In this role you are responsible for integrating paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), CRM systems and tag management through to marketing automation tools. You ensure high data quality, clean tracking and meaningful reporting. With your analytical strength, technical understanding and AI-first mindset you sustainably advance the efficiency and quality of our marketing initiatives.

• Responsibility for marketing operations processes and the system landscape
• Administration and further development of CRM systems (HubSpot)
• Building and developing dashboards, reporting and attribution models
• Ensuring data quality, tracking integrity and GDPR compliance
• Defining and documenting marketing and sales processes (SLAs)
• Technical and operational responsibility for the marketing technology landscape
• Project management and quality assurance of marketing-related initiatives

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing or revenue operations
• Several years of responsibility for at least one marketing automation or CRM platform (HubSpot or similar)
• Very good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
• Experience with attribution, funnel analyses and data models
• Server-side tracking and conversion modelling: you know how clean data is created
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day marketing: from prompt and data engineering to automating reporting workflows
