Marketing Science Lead

In this role you will own the Growth Marketing Science strategy, building a rapid Test and Learn ecosystem to optimize paid channels. You translate data into high-growth strategies for search and social campaigns, guiding budget allocation and testing across contexts. You’ll advance attribution and data infrastructure to measure incremental impact as Deel scales its global marketing. • Design and lead a high-velocity A/B and multivariate testing roadmap across channels, campaigns, creatives and audiences
• Provide data-backed briefs to Channel Managers to steer spend based on test winners
• Mine data for untapped growth levers and propose business cases for expansion
• Stay at the bleeding edge of ad platform capabilities and experiment with alpha/beta features
• Refine multi-touch attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) models
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to build clean, scalable data models in Snowflake (via dbt) and present metrics in dashboards

• 5+ years in a Data Analytics or Growth Marketing role in a high-spend B2B environment
• Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Snowflake or comparable stack
• Deep understanding of experimentation methodology, sample size calculation, p-values and confidence intervals
• Familiarity with the B2B sales funnel
