Marketing Specialist

In this role you will develop and execute marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness, engage customers, and drive revenue for Sensient’s pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products in Europe. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, ensure consistent brand messaging across digital and print, and empower the sales team with compelling tools. You’ll position Sensient as an innovator through new product launches and targeted content. This is a strategic, cross-functional role in a global color house with opportunities to influence market growth.

• Analyze consumer trends and market developments
• Create marketing materials for presentations and trainings for nutraceutical and OTC markets in Europe
• Drive brand awareness and clear brand positioning
• Enhance the Sensient brand as an innovator with new product launches and sales enablement tools
• Support commercial functions for ad hoc customer requests or projects
• Provide analytics and insights focused on website management and SEO/SEM optimization

• Bachelor in Communications, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Extensive marketing experience, especially in nutraceutical, food/beverage or consumer packaged goods
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English; additional European language advantageous
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Proficient with marketing software and digital platforms
