Marketplace Data Analyst (m/f/d)

In this role you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive our European Marketplace growth. You will build scalable analytics, set cross-market standards, and present decision-ready findings to senior stakeholders. You collaborate across Marketplace, Data, Finance and commercial teams to ensure analytics steer strategic choices. This is an opportunity to shape forecasting, segmentation and business cases in a fast-growing e-pharmacy environment. You will work with modern tools to enable data-driven decisions at scale.

• Own standardized dashboards and KPI logic, building scalable reporting standards for Marketplace teams across countries
• Conduct predictive modelling, segmentation, trend and cohort analyses to identify opportunities and decision options
• Shape forecasting, scenario modelling and business cases with aligned assumptions across multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate with Data/BI and Finance to evolve tools, automate reporting, and improve data landscape scalability and integrity
• Present data-driven insights to Marketplace Country Heads and senior leadership to support performance steering and strategic decisions

• 2–5 years in data analytics, data science or commercial planning in a complex business
• Hands-on Python experience and advanced proficiency in SQL, R and Power BI
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, and familiarity with ETL, DBT and data architecture
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders in an international setting
• Fluent English; German is a plus
