As part of our commitment to innovation, we’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Strategy Consultant – Connected Media (m/f/d) to play a key role in the successful implementation and adoption of critical systems driving our workflows, working in close collaboration with the Global MarTech Manager.

Technology is a key strategic pillar in the delivery of our services to clients.
We are increasingly expected to provide both operational delivery and consultancy services as a team, supporting both our own and our clients digital transformation journeys. We are a small team dedicated to Beiersdorf, but we have the support of the wider group commitment and investment. Publicis is leading the agency world with technology investment in media, data and content, so it is an exciting time to be part of an ever‑evolving area.
Technology Manager will act as a POC for the agency and also directly works with Key client partners. This role will work as go‑to expert for multiple solutions across automation, workflow, implementation of AI, providing training, support, and proactively identifying and addressing any system‑related challenges within multiple department areas.
System Support
- Manage and prioritize system change requests (e.g. workflow adjustments, brief forms) in alignment with overall MarTech strategy
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify issues, and ensure stable operations in collaboration with the MarTech Manager
- Act as key contact for third‑party system providers , managing bug fixing, enhancements, and release updates
- Coordinate system releases end‑to‑end, including testing, communication, and rollout preparation
- Provide hands‑on support to client and agency users in resolving technical system issues across platforms
Onboarding & Training
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and clients across MarTech‑enabled tools and workflows
- Conduct onboarding and continuous training on system functionality, features, and integrations
- Identify knowledge gaps in system usage and develop targeted enablement measures in collaboration with the MarTech Manager
- Support strong user adoption and effective usage of tools across teams
Data & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track system usage and MarTech performance KPIs
- Translate system data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Demonstrate the impact of system improvements on efficiency, adoption, and marketing effectiveness
Continuous Improvement & Change Management
- Collect and analyse user feedback to identify system and workflow optimisation opportunities
- Contribute to the development of the MarTech ecosystem and roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Drive implementation of system enhancements and process improvements across teams and tools
- Act as a change enabler, supporting communication, rollout, and adoption of system updates
- Maintain and evolve workflow platforms, templates, and operational structures
Qualifikationen
- 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator, System Analyst, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on training and user support
- Strong understanding of system administration principles and best practices, combined with a clear interest in Marketing Technology and end‑to‑end workflow environments
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, with the ability to adapt content to different audiences and technical skill levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and in global, cross‑functional teams, with a proactive and structured approach to problem‑solving
- Experience with project management and workflow systems
- Strong passion for technology, systems, and user experience excellence
- Experience in managing and interacting with senior stakeholders
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of systems such as Asana, Storyteq, GRIP, DAM platforms is a plus
