Your tasks

You are not the master who just sits in the office. You are the contact person and expert directly at the lifting platform:

• Workshop management: You organise the processes, assign orders and ensure quality assurance and final acceptance.
• Active wrenching: You work hands‑on – whether it's complex fault diagnosis on cars or fine tuning racing machines.
• Special orders: Carrying out racing conversions, chassis optimisations and performance enhancements on motorcycles.
• Customer communication: You advise our customers on an equal footing, prepare cost estimates and explain technical issues in an understandable way.

Your profile

• Qualifications: Successfully completed further training as a master motor vehicle technician or Bachelor Professional in motor vehicle technology.
• Experience: In‑depth knowledge of the maintenance and repair of cars and motorcycles (all brands).
• Passion: A strong affinity for motorcycles is essential, and ideally you will have experience or a keen interest in racing/tuning.
• Working style: You are a "doer", work independently, are solution‑oriented and get stuck in where you are needed.
• Communication: Fluent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
• Driving licence: Class B and A are required.
