We are seeking a master student to join our interdisciplinary team and develop novel gene delivery tools and immunogenicity assays for cell and gene therapy products.

Key Responsibilities

• Work under guidance to perform experiments in cellular and molecular biology, virology, and immunology.
• Culture primary cells, produce viral vectors, and genetically modify cells.
• Independently execute experiments after thorough training and collaborate with team members.
• Develop immunogenicity assays and analyze cell and gene therapy products.
• Present and discuss results at internal meetings, fostering communication within the team and other departments.

Qualifications

• Current master student with a B.Sc. in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or a comparable field and above‑average grades.
• Solid foundation in immunology, with basic knowledge of virology and molecular biology.
• Hands‑on experience with mammalian cell culture, molecular biology, and flow cytometry.
• Experience with isolation, cultivation, and characterization of primary immune cells is an advantage.
• Experience in immunogenicity assays or immune‑based functional assays is beneficial.
• Willingness to work with gene‑modified organisms under safety level S2.
• Strong interest in the development of immunogenicity assays and their application in CAR‑T cell therapy.
• High self‑motivation, excellent problem‑solving skills, and ability to work both independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
