Responsibilities and Benefits

• Financial independence from day one – attractive salary 1st year: €1,950 gross/month, 2nd year: €2,544 gross/month, 3rd year: €2,818 gross/month.
• Employment contract with a 38‑hour workweek, including 10 hours dedicated to university studies.
• Master studies at a recommended German university (your choice) offering part‑time studies (like ESB Reutlingen, HECTOR School/KIT, FOM, etc.).
• Full coverage of tuition and semester fees, plus travel expenses to your university.
• State‑of‑the‑art equipment, such as a MacBook and iPhone.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Passion for Data & AI, Automation, Cloud.
• Good knowledge of German (at least C1 proficiency), Maths and English.
