Your Role And Responsibilities

What You Can Expect from work&study:

• Financial independence from day one – with an attractive salary:
  • 1st year: €1,950 gross/month
  • 2nd year: €2,544 gross/month
  • 3rd year: €2,818 gross/month
• Employment contract with a 38‑hour workweek, including 10 hours dedicated to university studies!
• Master studies at a recommended German university (of your choice) offering part‑time studies (e.g., ESB Reutlingen, HECTOR School/KIT, FOM and others).

• Within your you will work as an IT Consultant within IBM Automation Expert Labs.

The Following Tasks Await You

Familiarization with IBM solutions and cutting‑edge technology in the field of IT‑Automation such as IBM & open‑source technologies like WebSphere Application Server / Liberty, Quarkus, OpenShift, Hashicorp Waypoint, the Engineering Lifecycle Management portfolio and modern DevOps solutions. You will also participate in suitable, mostly agile customer projects, where you can contribute your own creativity and preferences and take on responsibility.

The scope of tasks allows you to devote sufficient time to your Master's studies.

You will write your master’s thesis in collaboration with Expert Labs.

You will preferably complete your studies in a degree program with an IT‑technical orientation.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ✅ Passion for complex technical challenges within modern Enterprise IT‑environments in the Automation space.
• Good knowledge of German (at least C1 proficiency), Maths and English.
